An error message is showing that the water is not being heated and so cannot wash. How do I replace the element ?

It’s not necessarily your element that’s at fault. I’m afraid it could be one of several things – faulty element, motor, timer or wiring; spray arms not rotating freely (tall or shaped plates tend to block these) or it may be that the safety stat has tripped. It may be worth calling an engineer out to have a look as you may end up buying an element (part number 806890358) which won’t cure the problem.
