    Can someone advise me please . My washing machine has just stopped working . No power . I’ve checked the fuse at the wall but to no avail . The machine had a couple of towels in it and now there is stagnant water which I’m just bailing out . I can’t open the filter at bottom either . Being a female on my own I’m struggling ! Any advice would be helpful thanks

    ps c I’ve tried to pull machine out but as it’s standing on a plinth of wood I’m worried I won’t get it back in

    you say you have checked the wall fuse but did you check the socket works
    i assume its on a 13A plug. find a suitable extension lead and plug machine into another socket

    if that does not work then it sounds like a board fault so you need proffesional help or a new one
