    Please let me know machine triping out Electric disconnected motor problum might be in motor how do i get machine open as door lock is still locked when i put it to pump out thè lock keeps clicking flashing door is there any way round this thanks fasetester

    Kickplate off, pull the green manual release tab while opening the door.

    Thanks guys for replay their is no tab to open thè door got it sorted removed motor cleaned the carbon build up fasetester

    If the green tab is missing then power off, lid off and push down on the top of the lock while pulling the handle.
