    I have got a problem with my Hotpoint DWF 50 dishwasher. The power would trip off when i turned it on so i looked into the dishwasher and reset the power and then when i closed the door it tripped off again. With the door open its fine and powers up great can set program etc but when i shut the door it trips. Could this be a door lock microswitch problem or could it be something else?? THanks for looking Brian. 🙁

    Hi

    this will defenitly be a electrical fault within the appliance,unit the door closes there is virtually no current going to any of the electrical components inside the appliance.thus closing the door allows current to flow to the various components.you will need a engineer visit for this fault.
