Indesit IWC91282 Continuous Pulsating green light

Hello everyone

We have an issue with an Indesit IWC91282 where there is Continuous Pulsating green light next to the start button. I’ve looked at the Indesit website to work out an error code and the best I could come up is a F08 which implies it’s a heater issue. Some googling on other Indesit washing machines seem to indicate it may be a heater timeout error. I have a video here (apologies for terrible camerawork).

I’d greatly appreciate to know if this is fixable for an average Joe and what parts and tools I would need to sort it out. Typically I would get an engineer to fix but as I live with my parents, their age and health conditions in the current situation doesn’t like the prudent thing to do.
