    1. Check water error light is flashing
    2. Sounds like it is draining all the time – I have put additional water down and it has cleared immediately so not blocked.
    3. Will not reset
    4. Machine continues to try and drain despite the door being open.

    I’ve navigated the check water error before but everything else is new to me; is it time to give up? It is quite old.
    Any advise is greatly appreciated.

    have you checked for a flooded base ?

    I haven’t, thanks for the suggestion, I’ll check out how to do that and give it a go.
