[h=3]Hello,[/h]
I wonder if anyone could help me here with what seems a small water leak on my Bosch Dishwasher? Now I cannot seem to identify the particular model I have as all the identification details have disappeared from the door area. So if anyone knows where I might else find the relevant numbers of the model detail are that would be helpful.
The machine detailed the water leak fault the other day & in fact the float had tripped the switch as there was water in the lower tray. However I am struggling to pin point the route cause effectively so I can order the correct parts & was hoping perhaps someone else has seen this type of leak & has had some experience in identifying & correcting it?
I’ve attached a picture to try & show where I can see the water coming from, (white unit with the three brown wires) essentially as you look underneath from the front there is what I think, is the sprayer pump at the rear of the gray sump? The water seems to dripping from this reasonably slowly & has a rather faster speed of water loss momentarily when the sprayer starts perhaps? I’ve removed this item by the 3 small screws cleaned a small seal & refitted just to see if this made any difference which I didn’t think it would & it has’ent! As I say if anyone could through any light that would be helpful.
Many thanks
may be the water distributor

this is just one at random but without an accurate Enr its impossible to be certain which onw fits yours

is there anything laft of the number. Early ones had a see through label that was hard to see. Sometimes its repeated on the back.
if you bought it new and still have reciept a partial Enr can be on the reciept

Hello Dave,

Thank you for your help here, yes we have had the machine since new so I’ll check the receipt (didn’t think of that one). One other question, do you know if the water distributor unit is replaceable in situ? Its an integrated unit so would make it easier if it was!

Thank you

no its quite a strip down as the bottom of the unit has to be removed to get at it

before that you do that you need to get it out and view it running and look from the side . trying to spot the leak from another angle. you need to be certain that is where its coming from before you start thinking about ordering and fitting parts
