    I recently had to adjust the hinge angles of the integrated fridge door case on my fridge freezer as it was jamming. I would say I had the door open for about 30 minutes maximum whist I completed the adjustment. The fridge was working perfectly before I did this on fridge level 1. Since I made the door correction the fridge has not worked at all. I have moved the fridge cooling levels from 1 to 5 but it still doesn’t work. I have also turned the appliance off for 48 hours but the fridge is still not working. Any ideas about what might be wrong?

    I dont know what you were adjusting but some fridges have a door switch that stops it working while the door is open. I assume the door is closing fully

    Yes the door is closing fully. I’ve just checked the door switch and it is working and closing. What I was adjusting at the time the fridge stopped working was the sliding hinge (one of 2 – top and bottom) which attaches the fridge door to the outer casing (of the integrated unit).

    there is nothing i can think of that can bee affected by what your doing

    leaving the door open should never be a problem as you know if you have had kids. lost track how many times i found it open lol
