    My Samsung RSG5UCRS has stopped cooling. The led on the Inverter PCB is flashing 4 times which looking at the manual it says motor locked/over rpm. Does this mean the compressor has failed or is it possibly the main PCB that is at fault. There is no voltage on CN79 #4 on the main PCB which should be seeing 2-2.5V but I am unsure if there would be with the LED flashing as it is. Can anyone advise how to diagnose the fault correctly?
