Displays E21 drain fault.
Can’t seem to cancel the code + machine will not operate at all.
Door locks, that’s it. Found a couple of coins in the filter.
Apparently wasn’t draining properly beforehand?from what i can see in the owners manual E21 is not a drain problem. does not say what it is
it list a commutator motor so my first check would be motor brushes

problem here is we really dont know what the fault code is
i know you have checked the heater but i would disconnect the wires and connect them to a spare water valve. valve is only there to provide a load to the board in case it checks for heater open circuit. anything would do like a pump etc what ever you have in your bag. just trying to eliminate rougue earth faults
have you checked ntc ?
