We’ve had our Hoover dishwasher (AXI PLT13) since mid April this year and it has suddenly stopped working. The 3h, 6h and 9h lights flash three times whenever any button is pressed (Won’t let me upload photo). This is the version without a display but the Hoover app is giving me error code E3001, tells me to switch off and start a new cycle. I’ve had it unplugged all night and it still isn’t working. Checked the water connection and tap, all is fine. Tried phoning Hoover but they’re busy at all hours and I don’t have the time to sit in a queue.
Any advice? I’m not a dishwasher expert so I’m at a loss.

https://www.hoover.co.uk/en_GB/dishwashers/-/catalog/32002082/hspn-1l390pw-80Hi are you within 30 days of purchase if so go back to where you bought it as a appliance this new should not fail and when they fail this early from experience you will normally have alot of trouble further down the line the error is related to a heat issue so a few checks would need to be carried out,have you tried booking a appointment online it is alot easier
