    Hi everyone,

Right, I’ve got a BEKO CF5834APW (product code 7264846314) and the fridge freezer has started to freeze the food and form lots of ice at the back.
I changed the temperature controller variable resistor thinking it was dead but it has stayed the same since..
Having just looked on the ukwhitegoods website i have seen that it might not actually be that.
On the website it talks about changing the air sensor which I cannot see in the main compartment or the sensor buried in the foam.
Does anyone know the product code for the sensor buried in the foam and how to change it …

    Regards

Beko assume it cant be changed so dont have a number for it although i have seen some posts on here somewhere where people have managed to use one off another unit. fit it and re foam it in but i cant say how successful that is

Find the control board and test the value. You might just need to add a 1p resistor (see my thread on the TFF577)

Thanks for the info Pearce JJ.
Though reading your write up, you were working on a freezer? Whereas I have issues in the refrigeration section of a fridge freezer
    How applicable is this info?
