Samsung RL37LGIH Fridge Freezer display problem

Hi Folks, I was wondering if any body throw any light on this problem, we were called out to a Samsung RL37LGIH Fridge Freezer where all the lights were on but there was no compressor action, checked and there was no power from the module to the compressor. fitted replacement module DA9200280A happy days compressor burst into life, customer rings us later in the day and says it is working but the display module lights are not working. I went back and yes they were right so I fitted back the old module and lights work but no compressor. I ordered another module fitted it but exactly the same. Does anybody know an answer or how to contact someone at Samsung tech support ???
