    Hi
    I have a tall grundig larder fridge freezer, model GKNG16911G
    I need to turn the temperature up on the freezer but can’t find the temperature control, thought it would be in the manual but it’s not can anyone help please

    1 the model no is not correct
    2 why are you trying to alter the temperature ?

    Hi Dave
    Sorry the number is GKNG1691G
    Some of the food items in the fridge cooler compartment are frozon e.g salad items
    The manual is telling me to set the freezer temperature to a higher degree but I can’t find it anywhere the fridge is set to the lowest setting

    is it just the salad tray freezing or is the rest of the fridge too cold ?

    Even though the fridge is on the lowest setting the fridge is really cold it’s just the salad tray that’s freezing

    you are correct there is no adjustment on the freezer.

    there is one of 2 things going on here

    either its a sensor problem or

    you have insulation breakdown between the freezer and the fridge so the floor of the fridge freezes things.
