Customer complaint of door coming open after it’s been on a while and giving E60. I’ve been down briefly to it (last job, booked 1-6 and they had to go out just as the time slot ended ……why do they do that???) and on diagnostics found that it threw up E32 and on the conductimetric short circuit test
gives E32 as soon as selected. Not sure what that test entails but a quick visual and the brushes etc seem ok. I’m presuming a PCB fault but haven’t a foggiest what I’m looking at on a conductimetric test.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers
