I have a Samsung side by side fridge freezer Model RS21NCMS, today the alarm keeps chiming, the one that sounds when the doors have been left open. The doors are firmly shut and the fridge and freezer seem to working fine. The chime is intermittent and random, if that makes sense. On looking at the display the chime is happening as the power freeze is coming on and off. I can press the button and switch off but it has a mind of its on. I can not change the temperature on freezer side. I can depress the button, but no change to display. However the button on fridge temp does work. Any ideas please?? The chime is starting to do my head in!!! AARRGGHH 🙂
