customer reports machine intermittant stopping. I tried and tested all the usual but as usual everything worked fine for me, the only thing I noticed was a slight drum judder as rotation started (it has one of those horrible permi mag motors ) left it with the customer who found on a quick wash it stopped after 2or 3 minutes with the wash light flashing like it had been paused but would not respond to pressing start howeaver reset to spin and the machine drained. I know these motors cause all sorts of problems or am I barking up the wrong tree?

    thanks wilf

Wount be motor as this has a motor pcb fitted could well be a wiring fault as I’ve had a beko washer with the same motor that wouldn’t go into a fast spin I ended up changing the harness worked fine ( I checked harness to motor and had resistance on all the wiring to) have you insulation checked the machine is the only other thing I can think of.
