Hi, I have been to look at this dryer today that will run for about 10 mins before stopping with ‘end’ in the display. It shows no error codes and it won’t work again for about 10 mins. I am thinking it’s getting too hot and cutting out. I see it has a thermostat (Connect 5045383438977) and wondered if this could be causing the problem. She has tried different size loads and also tried different cycles.

    Thanks,
    Ray

    beware there is also 5045381269580

    depends on serial no

cant see it being that somehow. from what i can see its mounted at the front below filter possibly. if that was the case getting hair dryer on cold would speed up the reset time

can come up with a test routine i think

let me have an email and will see what i can find

2 things that come to mind, what wash programme are they using on washing machine as if the spin is less than 1200 there is not enough moisture getting out of the clothes so the dryer thinks the clothes are dry, other thing is that this dryer after it dried 1 load of clothes it needs time for the drum to cool before another load goes in so worth asking them questions as I’ve had loads with it switch off early as the dryer thinks the clothes are dry

    Hi Dave,
It’s raythomasandson@hotmail.com and if you can that would be great.
I didn’t question them about the washing machine spin speed but I will ask them.

    Thanks,
    Ray

    Thanks again Dave.
I called back in today to run through this and came up with an error code E09 but it’s not listed in the list of error codes.
Anyone have any ideas what E09 could be?

    Thanks,
    Ray
