Ordered a part on the trade site 7 days ago. It is showing as ‘order complete’ no tracking available info and part nowhere to be seen!! Telephone on trade line is not available (it would be nice if they updated the website) online chat is unavailable and no response to the last two emails 
Just a long shot but does anyone have access to a secret contact that will actually respond? Retail team quote just that “we are retail and nothing to do with trade” fantastic service :rolleyes:
