    have you got the long number off it ?

    check above model as it does not come up but the long number would tie it down to 1 machine

    If you mean the potentiometer the part number is 41010932

    Hi thanks guys the problem is the customer somehow managed to push the shaft into the machine i recovered it but realised there was a spring or something missing as the dial is loose now , does the potentiometer come complete as from memory it looked like the housing is part of the facia thanks john

    The potentiometer just pushes onto facia and then the control knob pushes onto the shaft of potentiometer

    if the dail is loose the is normally a spring clip,circlip that goes around dail to keep the dail on the potentiometer, if the temperature dail and spin speed are set to maximum the is no need to adjust as they are preset for every programme as the dail is no longer available
