    Good afternoon,

    Wondering if anyone can let me have the diagnostic mode test procedure for the above w/m?

    Essentially, my customer has reported that the machine randomly displays error codes E03 & E16

    I have run a quick wash and monitored the cycle. (fills, washes, heats, drains, rinses and fast spins all fine) so would appreciate some help.

    Have you checked the insulation resistance of the heater as this is known to cause this issue.

    Thanks for your help,

    Replaced the heater earlier today, as original gave low insulation reading as mentioned.
