    Hi
    The “refill salt” indicator came on the dishwasher. Have changed the settings to indicate I live in a soft water area so salt is not needed. However the light has not gone out. Bosch are not very helpful and just keep suggesting an engineer comes out. For something this trivial I was hoping a full factory reset might be sufficient but there is no info in the manual on how to do this. Can anyone help?

    (sub note: tried to enter this posting in Chrome but the site doesn’t seem compatible with chrome)
