ParticipantGood afternoon
Seeking some help please. On my dishwasher after about 5 minutes of nothing happening at the start of a cycle, the washing and drying indicator light turn solid green and the salt light starts flashing red.
Struggling to find this combination posted anywhere, so sorry if it has been covered. Any help would be great.
Thank you

ParticipantUpdate
There was a small amount of water in the recess, I mopped out the water after removing the filter using a cloth.
I then got the dishwasher to start a cycle, however after about 10 minutes the same light combination came back and now the whole bottom floor of the dishwasher is full of water.

ParticipantCorrect Dave, the start / pause button is not lit. I have pulled the dishwasher out and I have removed all the standing water in the base. It is now bone dry. Any ideas where I go from here?

Moderatorif this wash a Bosch it would be straight forward but its not and its no easy to get at
right side has to come off and the pump is mounted at the bottom connected to the sump. you will see the drain hose attached to it, the screws to remove it to check are not easy to get at from what i can remember. Mad when you realise this can be a common problem

if you need to add pics to ask questions you can host pics on another site and post a public link

ParticipantHad the panel off, no blockage in any of the hoses, blow through it all clear and water drained freely when I removed the hose from the base of the dishwasher. Anymore ideas, sorry to be a pain I am sure you have better things to do. I do appreciate your help.
Just had to hand wash up for the first time in about a year

Moderatorhe pump has a white cross that revolves to pump the water. you need to remove the pump smd check if its jammed with a bit of glass or the like. blowing into it wont help as it could be a machanical problem not a blockage
