    Ref 91151910103

    This DW is dead. No obviously broken wires, and 240v to the board. Removed the board and thouroughly checked it under a torch.

    No obvious damaged components or dry joints.

    I’m obviously very sure it’s the board. However, is there any thing else I might of missed. I didn’t check the plug top as I was getting L & N at the board.
    Elderly couple who have had some big bills of recently and a new DW is the last thing they want to buy.

    when you open the board look for a low value large resistor. Normally about 40 ohms or do and see if its blown

    new board is showing £131 retail on AEG site
