Neff single oven with hide away door

Sorry no model number…I fitted new cir element…when refitting into the kitchen housing,,.the oven door won’t close properly….I notice the front rhs metal door hinge & plastic runner are not running together correctly ..I have never worked on these doors before,,so unless someone can advise me may have to call out Neff….Cheers John
