    I bought the fridge freezer second without a manual ! Can anybody tell me what a red falshing light means ? I presume it means “Trouble”

    Yep, it does generally.

    First things though…

    How long was it left standing before plugging in ?

    Model number and is it frost free ?

    How long has it been on for ? The red light will remain on until it reaches correct temperature, which could take several hours.

    i have had it for 1 year and it has worked fine, the red light has now gone out, so hopefully its ok.
