Got a call to this booked next Monday so hav’nt seen it yet. customer says after a normal wash she set to an extra spin only and the machine started to fill but didnt spin. I’ve told her to try a normal wash and see what happens but I’m sure I.ve seen a post on here about just such a fault but cant find it. Did I dream it up or is this a new fault?

as long as she is setting correct programme all i can think of is the programme selector is faulty and runs the wrong programme. It does not seem to have a display so you cant be sure what its selecting
try turning the knob half a dozen revolutions and see if it settles
