    I recently purchased a NEFF built-in dishwasher – ENr: S511A50X1G/62. Inside, I found the grey plastic cap seen in the two photos below. I can’t find any use for it and the manual does not mention it. The spare parts list does not recognise the number on the mysterious cap – PP-TD20.
    Can anyone identify this part?

    it is in the manual
    if its what i think it is
    its so you can remove the top backet completly. the that cover locks in the rear over the water outlet
    then you can wash very tall pans
