    Good afternoon all,

I’ve visited a customers’ a couple of times in the last month or so to try and rectify the above problem.

Essentially, the dishwasher’s operation is fine for several washes, before aborting the cycle and producing error code E25.

This relates to a drain fault, so I’ve checked and cleaned the filters, drain hose and spigot, and removed the drain pump to inspect, which also provided a good Ohms resistance reading.

Now wondering if the board is randomly breaking down, and would welcome any assistance, as I’ve brought the m/c back to base and can’t find the problem.

could it just be wear in the pump as it seems to be an old model and Neff not Bosch although essentially the same thing

    Whats the Fd Number ?

    I’m obviously cracking!

I have two faulty integrated dishwashers at the moment – one is indeed a Neff, which is the Model Number I quoted above. (and has a noisy drain pump)

The problematic Bosch E-Nr: SMV53L00GB/41 is the one in question!

    Sorry, Dave.

these pumps are used as a drain sensor

closest i can get to a manual for it is

    Thanks Dave,

I’ll replace the drain pump which may be weak and let you know in due course if that cures the fault.

Replaced drain pump today, and all fine.

Ran dishwasher on a couple of cycles, and drained perfectly when monitored.

    Thanks again Dave
