Are Samsung washers more sensitive to water pressure than others. Customer replaced a 5 Yr old Siemens with a Samsung. 4c error coming up on new machine. No kinks and even tried by removing hose filter(not inlet filter on machine) admittedly pressure is not fantastic but never once caused a problem on the Siemens.
they are all different spec for this problem
have you checked the water pressure ? samsung say min 20 psi
in the old days if you removed the valve filter there was a rubber washer you could remove to make it slighly better. washer was a pressure reducer for high water pressure. worth looking
