    Hi,

I’ve just moved to a new home and I have space for my dryer to be stacked on top of my washing machine.
I’ve just piled one on top of the other.
Do I actually need a stacker? If yes, why?
If it makes a difference, my washing machine is a Zanussi and my dryer is a Beko condensor- both around the same size.

    Thank you in advance!

the only reason for a kit is to stop it falling off when it spins

Also when unloading a larger item load like sheets or towels, there is a danger as you pull on them to remove the dryer could come down on top of you. There are a couple of universal stacking kits on the market whether they will do thew job properly is another matter.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the responses.
So if i’ve not had any trouble in the last few months- I even keep an stool on top of the dryer and its never fallen off with the spinning, so I believe I can make do without.
