We sell a lot of Hotpoint Indesit Products mainly for the 10 year Warranty The last couple of registrations the operaters do not give out the 12 digit number for the customer records D&G advise now that they have finished giving the numbers outand they have the details etc … Guess what we had a customer with a major Frige /Freezer problem where the internal liner warped and although our customer had registered the product the staff advised that it was not registered and that was that , So if the number had been given out there would have been proof of the registaration so Dealer beware of this now practice as basically there is no record for the Retailer or the Customer Would be interested in any thoughts or comments from other Retailers
