    Hi

    When you switch this machine on it all lights up as normal for any programme you set it on, but then you get no response from the touch buttons.
    I have changed the module and tested the door lock, also made sure the child lock isn’t activated.
    Any help would be much appreciated as they need their dryer with the schools going back soon

    cant tell but are they touch buttons or are they proper little switches

    also no response from any button or just some of them ?

    Change the facia as the touch controls on these are very poor

    yes have had a few with dodgy button

    Could it be contamination ?

    These are touch buttons, i made sure that the fascia was clean. Looks like I will have to order a fascia for this one.

    Does anyone have the part number for this ? I cant seem to find it for some reason

    just check the commercial code is correct
