ParticipantHi
Looking for some help with our dishwasher.
We keep getting the error code AL3 and when we open the door, the water has not drained away. If I run the rinse program then the water is drained away.I beleive that the heating element and/or board had gone… if I open the door mid-cycle, the water is cold.
Has anyone seen this issue before? What should I be looking for?
We are due to renovate our kitchen early next year so not looking to replace it if possible.
Thanks in advanceSeptember 8, 2020 at 4:53 pm #471801electrofix
Moderatoryes AL3 is a heater fault
it looks like it may be this one
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AEG-Electrolux-Zanussi-Dishwasher-Dryer-Heater-Element-1523494233-24D620-/293298543544
this is a lot cheaper then normal
https://shop.aeg.co.uk/dishwashers/dishwashers/heating-elements/heating-element-240v-2100w/p/1523494233but you need to check its correct or let me have all the info of the label as there is more than one machine with this model

Moderatori assume there is not an 01 after 911886007 in which case we assume 00
inwhich case heater part no is 1523494233
it means above should be correct
you still have to check its goneas for pics, because of server space you have to host pics on another server and post a public link
