    Hi

Looking for some help with our dishwasher.
We keep getting the error code AL3 and when we open the door, the water has not drained away. If I run the rinse program then the water is drained away.

I beleive that the heating element and/or board had gone… if I open the door mid-cycle, the water is cold.

Has anyone seen this issue before? What should I be looking for?

We are due to renovate our kitchen early next year so not looking to replace it if possible.
    Thanks in advance

yes AL3 is a heater fault

it looks like it may be this one

this is a lot cheaper then normal

but you need to check its correct or let me have all the info of the label as there is more than one machine with this model
you also need to check the old heater to make sure its gone

    Thanks Dave.

I cannot seem to post a picture of the label so I will just write it out…

    Water pressure: min 7psi, 49kN/m2; max 110psi, 758kN/m2
    Made in Italy
    Prod. No. 911886007

Is the best way to test the heater is to run a continuity test across the element?

    Thanks again

i assume there is not an 01 after 911886007 in which case we assume 00

inwhich case heater part no is 1523494233

it means above should be correct
you still have to check its gone

as for pics, because of server space you have to host pics on another server and post a public link
