    Wbb24756gb/03. First one of these I have looked at. Element was showing open circuit. Ordered new one (aswo) expensive. 00496818. Tested new one it is also showing open circuit. Resistance is 40.6.???

    looking on the American manuals for this and the heater is only 1000w

    on a 240v main thats around 57 ohms

    This is listed as a 1300W element so 41 Ohms sounds about right.
