Hotpoint BHWMD742 drum foaming, door & dispenser leaking

I wonder if anyone can help please. Despite carefully measuring the detergent into the dispenser the drum foams and the door leaks as well as the dispenser draw. I haven’t noticed it occurring in one particular cycle. I checked the filter (bottom right) and found a hair band around the impeller and thought perhaps it was hampering draining out of drum but after clearing this its made no difference. The last time it foamed up the level looked high in the drum.
