clocking sound at the back of freezer section

Hi,I recently put up a topic around the noise of my LOGIK Refrigerator LFC50W12.Its recently started and sounds like its coming from behind a screwed in cover in the bottom freezer section.I didn’t get much response last time accept I noticed on older points about clocking noises that to de-frost the machine might help.I have just done that and no sooner do I turn it on but the ticking/timer sound comes back on.Any tips or ideas as to what this sound is and what can I do about it would be GREATLY appreciated!!
