Samsung RSH1 American Style fridge/Freezer

Hello, require some assistance.
I install the new sensor kit on the RSH1 samsung fridge/freezer, to finish the installation you have to change the defrost settings on the fridge by going into programme settings in the control panel. You need to wait for the second ding dong to enter the values 13 (fridge display side) and 3 on freezer display side.
I mistakenly went into the first program option (i.e. on the first ding dong) and change the setting here. The problem I have is i do not know what this option does and what is the correct settings? if i go back into it again it just shows 0 and 0. i really need to some help please.
