    Hi All

    https://www.repair-network.co.uk/

Has anyone had any experience dealing with this company please? I don’t want to get bitten by another fly by night company so want to check if they are any good to work for as they have contacted me about a Montpellier machine that sounds like it has bearing/spider failure.

Reading the reviews that I can find on this company things ring alarm bells.

    do bits for them

charging them £55 to go out plus parts and lab

i will look but if it needs parts i get them to pay up front and they do. they have just paid me up £200 up front to fix a cooker

its taken them 2 weeks to decide to do the cooker. client was moaning while i was there so i made a deal with them. If they paid for the part i would refund if repair went ahead. So i will repay the client when i go back but still got to fit a stat and seal

    just to add to this

am chasing 2 invoices dating back to sept and oct 21. they keep saying they are going to pay but nothing comes. have been promised today that it will be in next 2 days but will have to wait and see

in the mean time if you get a call from these I would ask for cash up front
