CDA integrated washer dryer

hi. this is a long shot but i thought I would ask. I have previously been out to a CDA CI925 integrated washer dryer that was leaking out of the front of the soap dispenser on final conditioner rinse. I stripped off the soap dispenser box, checked the hose between the dispenser and tub for blockages and checked the syphon in the conditioner compartment. the machine worked ok for me but then the customer is saying it is leaking again down the front of the washing machine from the drawer. anyone had any problems with these? or any strange faults to cause it? thanks. mark .
