    Our washing machine stops after only 17 or 18 minutes into it’s cycle. There is no error report simply E00.
    any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately this is one of the Chinese made machines and the manuals as is often the case are subject to strange translations.:( This should give you a full error code.
    Try and make sense of this.
