I have a hotpoint combination microwave oven mod no mp676ixh which will not reach max temp. Both elements appear to be working so i am thinking its the stat. If you think the same can you supply one please.

the unit uses a sensor that feeds back to a circuit board
it may be the sensor which looks like

cant find anyone with stock so it would need to be checked if its still available
likely price of about £50 ish
there are also error codes that come up if the sensor is wildly out and your not getting any
suggestion
get an oven themomter, set temp on lowest. Then run unit and see what temps you get (Convection oven only)Dave
