Hello I’m sure you all know but how do you access the PCB that sits at the lower front on newer type Hotpoint dishwashers. It looks like the flap lowers down at the front but how. I undid the screws and tried to leaver forward wouldn’t budge. Feel I’m missing something obvious. Thanks.

the sound deadening tar stuff sticks to the cover so it can be fun to get it to fold down
