I seem to be having weird dryer issues at the moment….

This appeared to be a simple heater change because there was power down to the 3 pink wires going to the heater but no heat

Fitted the new heater but still no heat….. 3 pink wires from pcb – heater block are fine & there’s 240 to the 2 wires on the end —- could it be the pcb even though its sending 240v down to the heater??

Ordered a 2nd heater & an NTC for the fan ducting…… but still no heat & still power down to heater —- I tried all sorts of combos with the parts I had but still it’s not heating

I’m Very confused….. There’s no way 2 heaters are faulty, so it must be something I’m missing ——- ANY HELP PLEASE?

I’m not sure what “neutral switched” means Dave?

I only actually tried the 2 end wires for mains but not the middle one….. but maybe it also had voltage going to it

The 3 pink wires go directly to the pcb, so logically it has to be the pcb at fault…… but it might be worth going back and trying the diagnostic test?

neutral switched means the live goes directly to the element and the neutral is supplied through the relay on the board

could be the relay thats faulty, have changed a few of them
