    Slightly odd one this.

Working out how to move the washing machine to the cellar and I’m going to need to install a lifting station. Does anyone have any idea on the temperature of the water out from the machine (it’s an LG f4v709wts for what it’s worth) relative to the wash temperature. Obviously I’m not expecting exact answers, but I assume the machine heats the water, does some washing, drains, and repeats in some fashion. So the out temperature would probably be some degrees lower than the actual wash temperature? Does anyone have any idea how much lower? Otherwise I’ll run a was and drain into the sink with a thermometer to test!

    Thanks!

    assume you worried about temp
spec on this says 40 degrees but up to 75 degrees for 5 mins
since it does not take that long to empty the machine it will be fine

Thanks, yes it was basically that. Not that exact product, but I’d imagine it’s much the same, we rarely run hot washes anyway and the relatively small amount of water ejected at a time isn’t likely to be in contact with the pump for long anyway.

Worth giving a go me thinks.
