    Hi

I recently replaced the PCB on my candy GVS c9dcg-80 as I had a different error before. Now it’s saying e21, I’ve cleaned the condenser and box but still the same error. The dryer runs for a bit but gives no heat. I tried the self diagnosis process but it fails straight away with e21. What should I do next? Thanks

    Hi
i don’t have much knowledge on elctronics/dryers tbh. I’ve watched YouTube videos to gain knowledge.

I took the top off and also the back bit that covers the heating element..I think. It had two main connectors on the top. How do I test them? With a multimeter? Do you think this will be an easy fix or is it better to just buy a new one?

    Thanks

well if overheat stat has gone on the element its normally a whole element although there is a rumour the stat may be avaiable now

you need to get a meter where it buzzes when you join the leads. Then take the wires off the stat and put one lead on each terminal

    get a buzz ok
no buzz and it may not be
