I recently had an accident with my NEFF B4ACF1A.0B built in oven. The glass lamp cover inside the oven was caught by an oven tray and smashed. This in turn took out the 32A circuit breaker. On resetting the breaker, we now have two faults:

1, A new bulb has been fitted but still does not come on.

2, The cooling fan which normally stays on after the oven has been turned off does not time out and continues to run until the power is turned off at the main switch. The oven still works fine.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Thanks for this Dave. The smaller fan at the top still runs as soon as power is restored. Presumably, if running properly, this runs on until the oven has cooled down either on a stat or a timer? Sorted out the lamp as it was debris left in the holder that prevented a good connection.

The selector switch looks fine with no signs of burning and the contacts seem to work ok.

assume you set the time on the clock as most ovens wont work if time is not set
