ParticipantAs per title I had all of the above on a three year old machine. . Intermittently. And no fault codes. Come to empty machine to find it had not completed cycle. Or sometimes not released detergent. Sometimes opening and closing door would set it going again etc etc
After much messing about got hold of manual (find it online – it is there!). Took it apart and couldn’t find anything wrong.
Then looked at the wiring coming round the bottom of the door ( from the main control unit) it goes behind a what looks like a strengthening bar on the door (the wiring is “protected” by a plastic/rubber sheath) and then up to the door latch, detergent dispenser and control panel.
The sheath looked distorted and squashed hard into soundproofing. . Long story short took wiring apart to find two wires cut through. One to detergent dispenser and one to door latch. BUT any of them could have been damaged causing different faults or total failure. Obviously the cut wires were only intermittently connecting. As this machine was installed brand new and never moved I can only assume bad design/manufacturing error but who knows?!
Only problem repairing was the wires i needed to repair were red as were three others….! So you need to get to the main control panel and refer to the wiring diagram to make sure you reconnect the right wires. Its all easier than it sounds…. honestlyTURN THE POWER OFF AT THE MAINS PLUG/SWITCH BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!

Moderatorbad manufacture as some machines dont have the problem
the more you open the door the less time the wires last
so dont open it for every single fork and cup and it will last longerDave

ParticipantHi Dave
Just to be clear for others. The wires had not broken where they articulate around the bottom of the door it was slightly higher where the protective sheath was “forced” behind what I think is the strengthening bar and and the bundle was squashed into the sound proofing.. Odd but true! Cheers. -
