    Evening folks,

    I’ve been to a slimline Zanussi integrated dishwasher which is not progressing from the wash cycle.
    Customer found it still merrily washing in warm water (heater ok) in the morning. It was soapy.
    I’ve tested on quick wash and it’s stuck on that too.
    No antiflood issues, heater ok, pressure switch cleared, drains fine when told to, just won’t budge from wash!
    Any ideas please?

    any alarm codes ?

    have you tried a test programme ?

    Thanks Dave,
    no alarm codes when sticking on wash.
    Admittedly I haven’t gone into diagnostic mode, and I’m not sure how to on this one.
    it can’t be difficult with only two buttons and an on/off switch, but I’d be glad of a heads up!
