    Hi,
    my washing machine won’t start.
    there service red light keep turning on.
    Is there anyway to get help with this.?
    I runned the diagnostic code and i noticed to light stays after it fails.
    The washing one and the service light.

    would need to see which lights are illuminated and where

    there are 2 lights on left and right then another 5 left to right. depending on what is lit and where will poss give a fault

    I would check motor Brushes and Heater as a first try

    The two lit lights are the second one from the left and the bottom one on the right.

    got 3 rd from right and lower right which is heater fault

    not got 2nd

    double check

    Thanks a lot for answering.
    I have a question, is this something easy to repair??
    and then can i reprogram the ccu myself in needed.

    short answer no

    you need a whirlpool engineer with correct kit

    second time this week have had this. Another engineer on the trade side changed the heater but machine still gives the fault codes
